To maximize the accuracy of your flight plan computations and related flight planning services, ARINCDirect requests that you provide official documentation confirming the Basic Operating Weight (definition: Basic Empty + Crew + Crew Baggage + Operational Items).The appropriate documentation can be found in the official weighing report as a supplement to the Aircraft Flight Manual.Please attach the requested documentation below. Runway Analysis
NOTE: The Runway Analysis feature is not available for all flight planning supported airframes.
As an ARINCDirect Flight Planning customer, Runway Analysis (RWA) calculations are included in your subscription at no additional cost. However, for us to enable this service we’ll need you to provide your Standardized Computerized Airplane Performance (SCAP) Program and Associated Database from the AFM.Please attach the requested documentation below. In order to enable Weight & Balance for your aircraft, we must collect detailed information on your specific aircraft configurations, weights, and moment arms so that we can enter your individual aircraft into our system. This information is required for each aircraft in your fleet that is activated for Weight & Balance. Please note that it may take up to 15 business days from the receipt of all necessary information to enable your aircraft for Weight & Balance. IMPORTANT: The following equipment codes are included in all flight plans filed by ARINCDirect. The selections MUST be based on both aircraft equipage and the operator’s approval to utilize the aircraft equipment. For example, if the aircraft has the equipment and approval to operate in RVSM airspace, but the operator has not yet received approval from the appropriate Civil Aviation Authority to operate the aircraft in RVSM airspace, the RVSM Approved box CANNOT be checked.
IMPORTANT: The following equipment codes are included in all flight plans filed by ARINCDirect. The selections MUST be based on both aircraft equipage and the operator’s approval to utilize the aircraft equipment. For example, if the aircraft has equipment installed to provide RNP Approach capability, but the operator has not yet received approval from the appropriate Civil Aviation Authority to conduct RNP approaches, the RNP approach buttons CANNOT be selected.
IMPORTANT: Please attach copies of all Civil Aviation approvals that have been issued to allow you to operate in certain airspace areas (e.g., MNPS) and conduct certain operations (e.g., PRNAV, ADS-B, LPV approaches, etc). If you have more than 2, please combine them in a zipped file and submit as a single upload.

US FAA Subscriber Database Configuration (FANS DCL/PDC) The selection of your departure clearance preference for the FAA’s Subscriber Database defines the delivery method of your departure clearance. Based on your selection, you may receive your departure clearance via FANS DCL with PDC as a fallback, via PDC only, or via voice only if “None” is selected.

Pre-Departure Clearance Service
To get PDC delivered to your email, please add your email address/s under your ARINCDirect user account through the following steps: My Account, Flight Plan Preferences, Default email addresses for PDC notification, Save Preferences. New ARINCDirect users can setup PDC to email once the log on credentials are received.
FAA PDC to iPad and Email: Aircraft that are not data link equipped can now receive PDC via the ARINC Direct iPad App or directly to their email. This is available only for U.S. FAA issued pre-departure clearances. To get PDC delivered to your iPad or email:
1. The flight plan MUST have been created and filed using your ARINCDirect account. If the plan is computed and filed through another service provider there is no associated leg in the iPad for that flight so there is no way to get the PDC. If this is not done, even though a PDC is issued, the iPad app cannot display the PDC. However, ATC will still issue a PDC for the flight, so there may be cases where the tower admonishes a crew for calling for a voice clearance when they have already issued a PDC.
2. Set the default email addresses for PDC notifications in your account, under the Flight Plan preference page.
3. Enter any additional email addresses for PDC notifications on the Flight plan filing page, prior to hitting the SUBMIT button.
4. The crew MUST have a live connection (via WiFi, 3G, or 4G/LTE) after the PDC is issued by ATC (typically no sooner than 35 minutes prior to proposed departure) to receive it on the iPAD.
5. If you file with a Flight ID that is mapped to ANY tail in your ARINCDirect account you WILL NOT get a PDC for that flight on the iPad or delivered to email addresses. If a Flight ID is mapped to a single specific tail, then it will work (subject to items 1 and 2, above).
NOTES:
If you enable PDC (either via data link, email or to the iPad) your flight department is agreeing to receive digital PDCs for the vast majority of your flights. If you regularly call for a voice clearance when marked as PDC capable, you will very likely be questioned by ATC, and we in turn will have to disable this feature for your aircraft.
